Amastones was founded in 2023 on a trip to Belém, Brazil. It was inspired by the rich cultural heritage and traditions of artisans living in the Amazon Rainforest region, particularly the Marajoara civilization.

At Amastones, our mission is to empower talented Brazilian artists, promote sustainable practices, and protect the Amazon Rainforest. We believe in conscious choices that support local economies and a harmonious environment.

While all of our products are handcrafted in Brazil, our company is based in the United States

Lost Orders: If your order shows as "lost" or hasn't arrived within the expected delivery time frame, first check the tracking information provided. If the information indicates a problem, please email us at support@amastones.com and be sure to include your order details. 

Shipping times can vary depending on several factors, including your location. Typically, standard shipping takes between 3-7 business days for domestic orders.

You are eligible for a return and refund within 30 days from the date of delivery of your product. The product must be unused and in its original condition. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@amastones.com and provide your order details, the reason for the return, and any relevant supporting information. Our team will guide you through the return process.
