- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Personalized or customized items may not be eligible for returns and refunds unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
- Damaged or Faulty Products:
- In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact our customer support team within 10 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will assess the issue and provide you with a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.
- If the return is a result of our error (e.g., defective product, wrong item shipped), we will provide a prepaid shipping label to cover the return costs.
- Change of Mind Returns:
- If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund.
- If you change your mind about a product, you may be eligible for a return and refund within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Please note that return shipping costs for change of mind returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Return Process:

- Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

- Please note that the refund amount may exclude any original shipping fees if applicable.
- Exchanges:
- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process outlined above, and then place a new order for the desired item.
