It started dancing effusively, shaking its head and body with great enthusiasm, bringing joy and celebration to everyone around.

The farmer was overjoyed and exclaimed, "Viva o Bumba meu boi" (long live my bull). The following day, he invited his employees, the shaman, and his tribe to a party celebrating his beloved bull's life. According to local folklore, this was how the festival was born.
